Services

We offer a limited warranty on our service for twelve months from the date of application. For twelve months after treatment of a surface by our technicians, if for any reason the treatment applied to the surface is rendered ineffective, we will provide services to retreat the surface, provided that the surface was not replaced, is the same surface as treated by us originally, and has been subject only to fair wear and tear in the uses that you disclosed to us prior to our treatment of the surface. This is the sole and exclusive remedy available to you under our limited warranty for our services, and our limited warranty does not cover cost materials, which materials are covered under a separate Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty by the maker of the product we use for treating surfaces.
